This logic group reads current measured values from a Varta energy storage device. The data read out can be displayed in a KNX visualisation for control or trigger functions / actions.

For the function of the logic group:
The data is retrieved via the cyclic sender "Cyclic request" every 10 minutes by the logic editor http request element "Value request".
In addition, the cyclic transmitter is synchronised every day at 6 a.m. in order to always query the data in the same time grid.

The individual measured values are extracted from the received XML data via the "Evaluation" text processor and sent to the KNX bus via the five outputs.
The information is sent:
- Active performance,
- State of charge,
- Storage capacity and
- Status

The information "Inverter ID" and "ChargerCount" are not sent on the bus.

Since the status as text is more meaningful than an integer value, it is also translated into text with the help of a translator tool. Here is the assignment of the integer values to text:
(0) Busy,
(1) Active,
(2) Loading,
(3) Unloading,
(4) Standby,
(5) Error,
(6) Passive and
(7) Emergency power operation
